AFYM: Opening Night

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came and the amazing turn out last night! We started out with a blank wall and by the end of the night it was covered with advice from people's mothers. In the same way, people started trickling in at 6.30pm on the dot. With Barek live painting, Lucy performing her dance piece, Athena x Hannah's video blaring and people having a go at rebuilding Alex Winter's glass shards, there was a point where each room was crammed full of people interacting with all the art. It was also great to see the yard filling up with sangria drinkers, familiar faces and a whole bunch of new friends to meet. We ended up leaving around 11pm, it was so much fun just hanging out at Love Love. Advice turned out to be a bit of a house party with entertainment and art perhaps?

So finally, another thank you for being apart of our first event, we appreciate the overwhelming support everyone has shown! We will be posting some proper images and videos of the event soon.

For those of you who missed out on the opening, never fear, the exhibition will be running over the weekend. Gallery opening times are 12pm-4pm Saturday and Sunday Love Love Studios!
